Lizards From Afar Discography:
Lizards From Afar produced several “studio” recordings in its early phase (1991-1993). These included:
1991: How Old Is Your Sister?
1992: Kick The Habit
1993: Tantric Pathways
There are also recordings of LFA performing live at Illinois Wesleyan University in 1991 and 1992, as well as a collection of demos entitled “The Basement Sessions.”
Except for How Old Is Your Sister, these recordings are of fairly low quality (ok, extremely low), originally captured on standard cassette tape. HOIYS was recorded on 8-track reel-to-reel. In 2008, after 15 years of inactivity, four members of the original group have produced a collection of new songs for an “album” entitled “Bloomington Democracy,” recorded entirely digitally from remote locations around the USA.
